Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase (or from a specified activation date where applicable) and may be redeemed only at Canal House Amsterdam, subject to availability and advance booking. The “With Love from Amsterdam” voucher includes one overnight stay for two, breakfast for two, bicycle hire for two, one bottle of Prosecco, Puccini bon-bons, and a two-hour sunset canal cruise for two with open bar, cheese and snacks; city tax is not included unless explicitly stated and is payable by the guest on departure. Vouchers are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash and have no cash equivalent, may not be resold, and must be treated as cash; the hotel is not responsible for lost, stolen or misused vouchers. If the total value of the booking exceeds the voucher/package value, the difference must be paid by the guest at the time of booking and/or on departure (as applicable), and if the full voucher value/package is not used in one stay, any remaining balance or unused elements are forfeited and cannot be credited, refunded or transferred to another stay. Canal House reserves the right to amend or withdraw voucher packages at any time; however, vouchers already purchased will be honoured according to these terms within the validity period.
