This voucher is valid for 12 months after purchase.

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, or from a specified activation date where applicable, and may be redeemed only at Canal House Amsterdam, subject to availability and advance booking. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and have no cash equivalent. If the total value of the purchase exceeds the voucher amount, the difference must be paid at the time of redemption; if the full voucher value is not used in one transaction, any remaining balance may be used on a future visit within the validity period. Vouchers are non-refundable, may not be resold, and should be treated like cash, as lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced. Canal House reserves the right to refuse redemption where misuse or fraud is suspected.
